Overview
In partnership with IGNITED, and in collaboration with other educational institutions, the IAJU network has supported 51 curriculum development projects, involving 142 faculty members across 43 Jesuit institutions worldwide. Under this program, the Paradigm is re-examining how they prepare the next generation of business leaders to ensure that they are prepared to lead in the creation of a more inclusive and just world.
Impact
The initiative has distributed more than $436,000 through five rounds of funding, with a sixth to be launched in early 2026. This funding went towards the education of students at Jesuit institutions on ethical business practices, the training of faculty to effectively teach their students about these topics, and more.
