"Fr. Nicolas told me in my first meeting with him that he had always wondered why the Society’s universities did not do more together and share their many resources. If we can get them to collaborate, he said, they could be our best service to the Church. This was only one of the many things he envisioned for the Society and the Church. He was a man of great vision and had an even greater capacity for embracing others and including them in his dreams and his heart. We miss him dearly."
